Descrivere cosa è il Jerry Thomas Project non è facile; dopo il successo del primo Speakeasy italiano, pluripremiato cocktail bar inserito nella lista dei 50 top bar dalla prestigiosa rivista “Drink International” e riconosciuto come uno dei punti di riferimento della mixology internazionale, ed il Jerry Thomas Studio, centro di formazione che ha dato il via alla rinascita della mixology italiana con centinaia di studenti che arrivano da tutta Italia e non solo, arriva il Jerry Thomas Emporium.
Flagship store del Vermouth del Professore, brand nato dalla collaborazione tra Jerry Thomas Project & Antica distilleria Quaglia (ma non solo), nel piccolo shop di Vicolo Cellini n°16 saranno disponibili anche liquori artigianali e limited release di prodotti internazionali quali Rum, Gin e liquori, creati in collaborazione con i ragazzi del Jerry Thomas, libri sul mondo del bartending e tools professionali per bartender.
